Another plus is the sea and the beach nearby which is so safe that they can actually relax while their children can play. Moreover the unique sunsets are not to be missed. Issos beach is a easily accessible either by car or on foot.

Our 115 m2 villa offers privacy in a green garden of 2000 m2 . It has 3 bedrooms decorated with warm colours 2 bathrooms with 3 shower cabins , a fully equipped kitchen ,a dining room and living room .In front of the villa there ΄s a 50 m2 swimming pool, a shaded sitting area ,hanging armchairs , sunbeds ,a Jacuzzi and many more to help you relax in any part of the garden you like . That way you enjoy the calmness and quiet that our place offers. In the back of the villa there΄s a fully equipped BBQ area. Also there ΄s a private parking space big enough for 3 cars.
